近日，有网友发文称湖南省常德市中级人民法院张贴了“罪犯彭飞被执行死刑”布告，因犯罪手段残忍，引发关注。
7月17日，湖南省常德市中级人民法院工作人员就此事回应记者称，布告内容属实，已张贴于法院门口。
布告显示，故意杀人犯彭飞，男，1983年生于湖南省汉寿县。2022年11月26日被逮捕。
