智通财经APP讯，三和建筑集团(03822)发布公告，于2025年7月17日，公司的间接全资附属公司亚洲地基与供应商确认一份销售合同，据此，亚洲地基将向供应商购买设备，代价为1040万人民币(相当于约1160万港元)。
据悉，设备为销售合同所订明的2部地基工程相关机械及设备。
