金融界7月17日消息，金通灵近日收到检察机关的《起诉书》，公司作为被告单位，因连续六年提供记载虚假财务数据的年度报告、在向特定对象发行股票文件中编造重大虚假内容遭起诉，被告人季伟、袁学礼等多人因相关犯罪行为将被追究刑事责任，本次诉讼尚未审理，判决结果及对公司利润的影响均具有不确定性。
