7月16日，“2年被家暴16次”当事人小谢发视频称：“收到了成都市中级人民法院的民事裁定书，前婆婆杨某恶意转移我的夫妻共同财产，一审判决之后，贺某阳及其母亲杨某提起上诉，因在法定期限内未缴纳上诉费，故自动撤销上诉，一审法律判决正式生效，杨某应当返还91万余元。分割比例将在离婚财产分割中进行分配。”
