IBI Signed a MOC with the Government of Pakistan to Jointly Establish a New Benchmark for China-Pakistan Digital Economy Cooperation

7月11日，巴基斯坦经济司司长Ehsan Mehmood一行到访国联股份数字经济总部，双方就共谋“一带一路”新机遇、跨境数字供应链合作及产业互联网赋能巴基斯坦工业升级等议题进行深入交流。

On July 11,Mr. Ehsan Mehmood, Director General of the Economy Division of Pakistan, visited IBI Digital Economy Headquarters. The two sides held in-depth discussions on new opportunities under the “Belt and Road” Initiative, cross-border digital supply chain cooperation, and the empowerment of Pakistan's industrial upgrading through the industrial Internet.

7月12日，在巴基斯坦大使Khalil Hashmi，巴基斯坦驻华使馆商务参赞Ghulam Qadir等人的见证下，国联股份董事、高级副总裁刘斋与巴基斯坦经济司Mr.Kashif AliQureshi在巴基斯坦驻华大使馆签署合作备忘录。双方围绕国联股份巴基斯坦数字经济总部建设拓展多维合作。

On July 12, under the witness ofKhalil Hashmi, Ambassador of Pakistan, andMr. Ghulam Qadir, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Pakistan,Ms. Liu Zhai, Director and Senior Vice President of IBI, andMr. Kashif AliQureshiof the Economy Division of Pakistan, officially signed a MOC at the Embassy of Pakistan in China.The two sides are expanding multi-dimensional cooperation around the construction of IBI Digital Economy Headquarters in Pakistan.

刘斋表示，基于本次协议的签署，国联股份愿充分发挥平台技术优势，结合巴基斯坦的区位及产业资源，在巴基斯坦成立国联股份巴基斯坦数字经济总部，助力巴基斯坦产业数字化转型，推动中巴产业链在“一带一路”框架下的高效协同。

Liu Zhai stated that IBI will fully leverage its technological strengths and align them with Pakistan’s geographical advantages and industrial resources to establish IBI Digital Economy Headquarters in Pakistan. This initiative aims to support industrial digitalization transformation of Pakistan and promote efficient coordination of industrial chain of China and Pakistan within the framework of BRI.

7月3日，巴基斯坦交通部部长H.E.AbdulAleemKhan，Vision集团总监Mr.AbdulRahman一行到访国联股份，双方围绕中巴经济走廊建设及产业数字化合作进行深入交流。

Minister H.E. Abdul Aleem Khan remarked that Pakistan is accelerating the modernization of its infrastructure, and Vision Group has significant advantages in engineering and construction. He expressed interest in deepening cooperation with TDD in the fields of digital procurement of building materials and cross-border supply chains.

On June 28,Khalil Hashmi, Ambassador of Pakistan to China, visited IBI’s Digital Economy Headquarters in Xinjiang. He emphasized that CPEC has already made breakthroughs in energy and transportation over the past decade. The industrial digitalization capabilities of IBI closely align with the needs of Pakistan in chemicals, building materials, and energy. He expressed hope that IBI will further leverage its platform advantages to promote deeper integration between the two countries’ industrial chains and help enhance Pakistan’s industrial capacity, jointly creating a model for high-quality development under the “Belt and Road” Initiative.

On June 27,Mr. Hussain Dawood, Chairman of Engro Group of Pakistan, along with CEOMr. Ahsan Zafar, COOMr. Sikander Hazir, Chief Performance OfficerMr. Usman Hassan, and President of the Pakistan-China Chamber of CommerceMr. Wang Zihai, visited IBI. 2024年11月，由巴基斯坦驻华大使馆发起，国联股份TDD-global联合主办的2024中国-巴基斯坦动物饲料、水果、蔬菜加工B2B对接会在北京成功举办。现场签订12份谅解备忘录和1份意向合约，总金额达2500万美元，促进了中巴在农业领域的合作。

November 2024: Initiated by the Embassy of Pakistan in China and co-hosted by TDD-global of IBI, the 2024 China-Pakistan B2B Matchmaking Conference for Animal Feed, Fruit, and Vegetable Processing was successfully held in Beijing. A total of 12 MOUs and 1 Letter of Intent were signed, with a total value of USD 25 million, significantly promoting agricultural cooperation between the two countries.

2024年9月，在服贸会期间，国联股份旗下涂多多与巴基斯坦WAETZASIA公司就200家纺织厂的污水处理和数字化改造项目签署合作协议，共同推出一体化工厂数字化环保解决方案，推动巴方工厂迭代升级。

September 2024: During the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), TDD of IBI signed a cooperation agreement with WAETZASIA of Pakistan for wastewater treatment and digital upgrading of 200 textile factories. The partnership aims to launch an integrated digital environmental protection solution for factories to support industrial upgrading of factories in Pakistan.

2024年7月，国联股份高级副总裁刘斋等与巴基斯坦信息技术通信部部长莎萨·法蒂玛·赫瓦贾，在2024全球数字经济大会期间就合作进行了深度洽谈。当月，国联股份与巴基斯坦信息技术通信部在北京国家会议中心正式签订战略合作协议，双方在跨境综合服务平台、供应链协作平台等方面达成合作。

July 2024: During the 2024 Global Digital Economy Conference, Liu Zhai, Senior Vice President of IBI, held extensive talks with H.E. Shaza Fatima Khwaja, Minister of Information Technology and Telecommunications of Pakistan. Later that month, a strategic cooperation agreement was officially signed at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, covering cross-border service platforms and supply chain collaboration.

2024年3月，巴基斯坦拉合尔涂料展期间，国联股份涂多多参展并邀行业企业共赴巴基斯坦考察当地涂料化工产业市场，期间组织共同参/观展、涂料（油墨）企业参观、协会/政府交流等多项活动，共同开发当地市场。

March 2024: TDD of IBI participated in the Pakistan Coatings Show in Lahore and invited industry enterprises to Pakistan to investigate the local paint and chemical industry market. During the period, IBI organized multiple activities, including joint participation and visiting of the exhibition, paint (ink) companies visiting, and associations/government exchanges to jointly develop the local market.

2024年1月，国联股份肥多多海外考察团赴巴基斯坦，期间先后走访Evyol集团、Auriga集团、NFBiotech、Sayban集团、AgrowLimited、FourBrothers集团等多家当地农资企业，双方围绕农业可持续发展、农资国际贸易、产业数字化升级等议题展开交流，此次考察为肥多多跨境电商贸易合作奠定坚实基础，助力中巴农业领域合作发展。

January 2024: A delegation from Feidoodoo of IBI conducted an overseas field visit to Pakistan, visiting local agrochemical enterprises such as Evyol, Auriga, NFBiotech, Sayban, Agrow Limited, and Four Brothers. The discussions focused on agricultural sustainability, international trade in agro-inputs, and industrial digitalization upgrading. This visit laid a solid foundation for cross-border e-commerce trade cooperation of Feidoodoo and helped the development of China-Pakistan cooperation in agriculture.
