7月16日晚间，多点数智在港交所公告，同意通过先旧后新方式配发及发行3540万股股份，配售价为每股11.1港元。所得款项净额预计约为3.89亿港元，拟将用于稳定币及区块链的研发投资、技术的完善，以及一般企业用途。公司已向联交所申请自2025年7月17日上午9时正起公司股份于联交所恢复买卖。
