7月15日，广东广州。一租客称房东未经同意私自进入房间换窗，致小猫受惊从7层跳窗坠楼。知情人袁女士称姐姐因忙没看到房东信息，他就私自进入拿掉纱窗，猫坠楼后拿回房间也没管，报警要求房东赔偿6000元，但他只愿赔两千五，无法接受，想起诉他。（搜狐千里眼）
