北京商报讯（记者 张君花）7月16日，报喜鸟发布公告称，控股股东吴志泽将其持有的3350万股办理质押，占其所持的9.11%及公司总股本的2.30%。截至公告披露日，吴志泽累计质押1.56亿股，占其所持的42.29%及公司总股本的10.66%。
