每经北京7月16日电（记者王郁彪）京东今日官宣，京东外卖投入20亿元升级全职骑手福利，除“五险一金”外，寒暑季每月发放专项津贴，还有15万台“赤甲光刃X1”二轮车为骑手升级装备。具体规则为，骑手自主购车后，使用新车90天内跑够3000单，平台返购车款。首批活动率先在北京、南京、长沙开启，后续将逐步开放至全国。数据显示，截至二季度末，京东外卖全职骑手已突破15万人。
