7月15日，海南华铁宣布，公司已与安徽海马云科技股份有限公司（下称“海马云”）正式签署战略合作协议。根据本次合作协议，海马云将基于其全球业务扩展需求，向海南华铁整体租赁大规模GPU算力资源，总租金规模达10亿元人民币。
