7月15日，有消息称，顺丰CMO徐本松因“重大异常事件”被降级调离，新任CMO由顺丰集团原CIO（首席信息官）耿艳坤接任。
对此，顺丰方面回应称，CMO调职属于正常的调岗。
香港顺丰之前表示，和拼多多的合作在6月30日到期，香港顺丰停止为拼多多提供本地集运物流服务。拼多多客服确认了该消息。（新浪财经）
