7月12日，省委常委、市委书记王祺扬会见了中交集团党委书记、董事长宋海良一行。双方围绕用好海南自由贸易港政策，就深化城市规划设计、智慧城市建设、市政及城市公共配套服务、现代综合交通、未来社区开发、海洋综合开发利用等领域合作进行交流。市领导陈景进、薛永森、杨希义、何世刚参加会见。
