财联社7月12日电，据新华社援引朝中社12日报道，应朝鲜外务省邀请，俄罗斯外交部长谢尔盖·拉夫罗夫11日晚抵达元山葛麻机场，开始对朝鲜进行访问。报道说，拉夫罗夫访问期间，朝俄两国外长将举行会谈。
