L1、黄喉毛肚洗净后切成细丝,起锅烧水,水开后下入黄喉丝毛肚丝焯水10秒钟,捞出用冷水冲洗干净后备用!
[2、锅热下油,下入小米椒,大蒜炒香,然后倒入黄喉丝毛肚丝转大火快速翻炒5-8秒,下子姜,香菜,辣椒面;加盐、味精、胡椒粉,少许酱油和山胡椒油,适量生抽锅边淋入,继续转大火快速翻炒5-8秒即可
