俞和（1307-1382），号紫芝生，元末钱塘（今杭州）人。隐居不仕，能诗，喜翰墨，早岁得见赵文敏运笔之法，临晋唐诸帖甚多，一生致力于书法，精各体。书法冲淡安恬。
俞和行草书《次韵韩伯清见寄之什凡五首》，故宫博物院藏。
