7月10日，海南华铁宣布，参股公司海南华铁黄蜂数字科技有限公司完成对南昌埃克斯爱慕科技有限公司（下称“埃克斯爱慕科技”）的战略投资，交易完成后公司将持有该公司5%的股权。埃克斯爱慕科技，旗下拥有数字资产交易平台——XMeta和海外NFT聚合生态平台——XMeta.HK。
