人民财讯7月10日电，7月10日，北京市发布《北京市深化改革提振消费专项行动方案》。其中，在优化住房消费新供给方面提出，进一步发挥住房公积金促进作用，支持缴存人在提取公积金支付购房首付款的同时申请住房公积金个人住房贷款。研究制定住房公积金个人住房贷款“带押过户”政策，并开展相关业务。
