7月8日，贵州省人民政府网站发布较大生产安全事故查处挂牌督办通知书。通知显示，6月28日，册亨县惠风新能源有限公司弼佑尾外山风电场项目基坑内发生一起中毒和窒息事故，造成3人死亡，省安委会决定对该起事故查处实行挂牌督办。
