据远洋集团，今年上半年，远洋集团旗下代建品牌远洋建管新拓项目33个，签约面积562万平方米，其中新拓面积中一二线城市项目占比接近九成。上半年，远洋建管实现销售额7.8亿元，销售面积5.56万平方米。
据中指院发布的“2025年上半年中国房地产代建企业排行榜”，远洋建管代建业务新签规模位居第八位。
