7月8日，泰瑞机器（603289）发布公告，持股5%以上股东TEDERIC TECHNOLOGY LIMITED持股比例由14.24%减少至13.96%。本次权益变动触及1%刻度，减持过程中，权益变动前持有的4177万股，变动后为4095万股，减持82万股，占公司总股本的0.28%。
此次减持计划自2025年4月28日至2025年7月27日实施。此外，本次股东减持股份不触及要约收购义务。
2025年一季度，泰瑞机器实现收入2.62亿元，归母净利润1801万元。
