据新华社快讯：国家发展改革委主任郑栅洁7月9日在国新办举行的“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”首场新闻发布会上表示，我们“刀刃向内”破除体制机制障碍，全国统一大市场“四梁八柱”基本建立，民营经济促进法颁布施行，制造业外资准入限制“清零”，全国外资准入负面清单限制措施缩减到29项，民营企业增加到5800多万户，比“十三五”末增长超40%。
