钱塘区是杭州最年轻的行政区之一，也是产业集聚和科技创新的高地。为聚力打造“Hi，Qiantang”国际传播品牌，特策划“Touch Qiantang（踏趣钱塘）”海外达人孵化计划。通过精准孵化海外达人账号、创新传播内容等形式，全面构建多维立体的国际传播矩阵，助力钱塘与全球的深度互动。

Qiantang District is one of the youngest administrative regions in Hangzhou and a hub for industrial clusters and technological innovation. To strengthen the development of the “Qiantang Foreign Ambassadors” international communication brand, the district has launched the “Touch Qiantang” Overseas Influencer Incubation Program. By strategically nurturing overseas influencer accounts and creating innovative content, the program aims to build a multidimensional global communication network and foster deeper engagement between Qiantang District and the world.

由浙江省委宣传部、杭州市委宣传部指导，杭州文化广播电视集团主办，杭州之声制作播出的杭州英语广播节目《Hangzhou Focus》，自开播以来，共汇聚30多个国家、560位外籍青年参与国际传播，打造推出杭州市品牌外宣项目——杭州国际青年创意营（简称“青创营”）。组织活动近150场、制作国际传播短视频超240件，累计全网覆盖人群超1亿人次。

Since its launch, the Hangzhou English-language radio program "Hangzhou Focus"—guided by the Publicity Department of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the Publicity Department of the CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee, hosted by Hangzhou Cultural Broadcasting and Television Group, and produced by Hangzhou Voice—has brought together over 560 young people from more than 30 countries to engage in international exchange. It has launched a flagship city branding initiative: the Hangzhou International Youth Creative Camp ("Youth Creative Camp"). The program has organized nearly 150 events and produced over 240 international short videos, reaching an audience of over 100 million people across online platforms.

Mark Asian Games – Foreign Friends Show You the ‘Fuchun Painting’

won the first prize in the "Wonderful Asian Games · Charm Hangzhou" category at the 4th "My China Story" International Short Video Competition organized by China Foreign Language Publishing Administration. In 2024, the “Culture as the Medium and Youth as the Bridge: ‘Hangzhou International Youth Creative Camp’ Creates a Distinctive IP for International Communication” was recognized as an "Excellent Case of International Communication in Zhejiang Province". We now invite you to become an “International Youth Experience Officer”—participating in video creation and production and sharing your unique perspective with the world.

招募对象 Recruitment Target

1.招募在杭15至44岁，热爱杭州，充满青春正能量的在杭Z世代青年群体。

Young people aged 15 to 44 currently living in Hangzhou, Gen Z individuals who love the city and radiate positive energy.

2. 你的身份可以是学生、网红、打工人、国际友人等。

Whether you're a student, content creator, working professional, or international friend, all are welcome.

3. 拥有个人（海内外）社交账号，有一定的粉丝数量者优先。

Priority will be given to applicants with active social media accounts (domestic or international) and a strong follower base.

4.有才艺、活泼开朗，擅长与人交流，英语表达好，会用中文进行基本交流。

Talented, outgoing, and communicative individuals who can express yourself well in English and hold basic conversations in Chinese.
