7月8日，百胜中国（09987/YUMC）发布公告，2025年7月7日，公司在香港回购股份1.7万股，回购金额为626万港元；在纽约证券交易所回购股份6.71万股，回购金额为320万美元。
根据回购授权的决议，公司可回购的股份总数为3724万股，已回购股份208万股，占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的0.56%。
