北京时间7月8日，有消息称字节跳动已同意将TikTok美国业务出售给由甲骨文牵头的美国财团，自身保留少数股权。对此，字节跳动方面对第一财经记者表示，该信息不实。
据了解，这项交易旨在满足美国《保护美国人免受外国对手控制应用程序法案》要求，解决美方对数据安全的顾虑。交易仍需中美两国政府批准，目前美国政府设定的最终截止日期为9月17日。
