财联社7月5日电，今年第4号台风“丹娜丝”已于今日凌晨生成，预计，台风强度逐渐增强，最强可达台风级，逐渐向我国台湾岛西南部到福建北部一带沿海靠近。温州海事局于7月5日16时启动Ⅲ级防台应急响应。
