据中央气象台消息，南海热带低压已于今天（7月5日）凌晨2点钟在南海东北部海面上加强为今年第4号台风“丹娜丝”（热带风暴级；英文名称Danas；名字来源：菲律宾；名称意义：体验及感受的意思），5点钟其中心位于台湾鹅銮鼻西偏南方向大约410公里的海面上，中心附近最大风力8级（18米/秒）。
