当地时间7月4日，乌克兰基辅市检察官办公室表示，俄罗斯对基辅的空袭已造成26人受伤。
乌方称，4日凌晨，俄军使用无人机、弹道导弹和巡航导弹对基辅实施联合攻击。两次空袭共持续了12个多小时。目前救援行动仍在进行，伤亡的具体人数正在确定中。（总台记者 董薇）
