据中央纪委国家监委网站7月4日消息，原中国中化集团有限公司党组成员、副总经理冯志斌涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受中央纪委国家监委纪律审查和监察调查。

冯志斌出生于1963年。他于2000年加入中化集团，2006年1月任中国中化集团副总裁，2009年6月起兼任中国中化股份有限公司董事，2010年8月起任中化集团党组成员，2014年7月再度担任中化集团副总裁。
