日前，乐居编辑获悉，洲表回迁房首批交付楼栋11-13栋将于7月5日-7月7日举行工地开放活动。
值得一提的是，首批回迁房所在地块已于日前正式协议出让，根据官方此前披露的最新进展，目前首期回迁房地块11栋住宅，将陆续进入交付准备阶段。其中，11、12、13号楼，预计6月底施工进度达交付状态；1、2、4、5、7号楼，预计9月底施工进度达交付状态；而8、9、10号楼，则预计11月底施工进度达交付状态。
