人民财讯7月3日电，永太科技(002326)7月3日晚间公告，公司及控股子公司永太高新就广州天赐高新材料股份有限公司（简称“天赐材料”）侵害公司及控股子公司名誉权的行为，分别向临海市法院和邵武市法院提起民事诉讼。临海市法院和邵武市法院已于7月3日立案受理。涉案金额合计5751.93万元。
