格隆汇6月5日丨康耐特光学(02276.HK)公告，(i)现任独立非执行董事的吴莹博士不再担任董事会薪酬委员会成员及主席，及已获委任为董事会提名委员会成员及；(ii)陈一先生不再担任提名委员会成员，及已获委任为薪酬委员会成员及主席，两者均自2025年7月3日起生效。
