人民财讯7月3日电，洁特生物(688026)7月3日晚间公告，公司拟使用自有资金或自筹资金与南粤澳洋、南粤基金出资发起设立广州增城区南特生物医药投资合伙企业（有限合伙），主要投资于早、中期生物医药类项目。本次拟投资设立的基金总出资额为5001万元，其中公司拟作为有限合伙人认缴出资2500万元，占认缴出资额的49.99%。
