7月2日晚，K1373次列车行驶过程中发生事故，导致客车机车前台车脱线，旅客在列车上遭到滞留，期间断电导致通风系统瘫痪，车厢内闷热难耐，有乘客多次请求开车门通风遭拒，最终乘客破窗通风，上铁金华车务段发布通报对此事表示歉意，并表示该事并未造成人员伤亡。
