7月2日，爱美客（300896）发布公告，公司控股子公司Imeik International Limited（爱美客国际）已于2025年4月28日按股权收购协议的约定完成REGEN Biotech, Inc.项目95%交易对价款的支付。
截至2025年6月30日，REGEN Biotech, Inc.已经完成董事会改选，爱美客国际公司作为控股股东在董事会中拥有多数席位，已经实际控制REGEN Biotech, Inc.的日常运营。
公司作为爱美客国际公司的控股股东，公司已能够控制REGEN Biotech, Inc.，并已将其纳入公司合并报表范围。
2025年一季度，爱美客实现收入6.63亿元，归母净利润4.44亿元。
