格隆汇7月1日丨中科环保(301175.SZ)公布，公司以公开摘牌方式收购北控水务（广西）集团有限公司（简称“广西水务”）持有的贵港环保及平南环保（简称“标的公司”）100%股权。转让价格分别为人民币30,267.00万元和5,175.00万元。本次股权转让完成后，贵港环保和平南环保将成为公司的全资子公司。
