金融界7月1日消息，一博科技公告称，为规范公司对外投资行为，防范投资风险，提高对外投资效益，公司制定对外投资管理制度，制度对公司对外投资行为、审批权限、管理、转让与收回、财务管理及审计、信息披露等方面作出规定，并明确制度经股东会审议通过后生效。
