6月30日，中国石化（600028/00386）发布公告，董事长马永生因年龄原因辞去公司董事长及其他职务。
马永生的离任不会导致公司董事会成员低于法定人数，他确认与董事会无不同意见，且没有未履行的公开承诺。
根据公告内容，副董事长赵东将代为履行董事长职务，直至新任董事长选举产生。
2025年一季度，中国石化实现收入7353.56亿元，归母净利润132.64亿元。
