6月30日，民丰特纸（600235）发布公告，公司拟注销民丰特种纸股份有限公司嘉兴分公司。
公司此次注销分公司有利于公司整合和优化现有资源配置、提高运营效率。注销分公司不会导致公司合并财务报表范围发生实质性变化。
2025年一季度，民丰特纸实现收入3.00亿元，归母净利润510万元。
