当地时间6月27日，沃伦·巴菲特宣布向比尔及梅琳达·盖茨基金会及四个家族慈善机构捐赠价值60亿美元的伯克希尔·哈撒韦股票。这是巴菲特近二十年来最大规模的一次年度捐赠。巴菲特将8239股A股转换为12358500股B股，最终捐赠12358321股B类股。
