6月27日晚间，科达自控披露公告称，公司拟以现金受让海图科技2550万股股份，占海图科技股本总额的比例为51%，作价2.091亿元。海图科技为新三板挂牌企业，这是首个北交所上市公司收购新三板挂牌企业的案例，也是北交所上市公司进行现金收购规模最大的案例。（中国证券报）
