6月29日，哈尔滨医科大学卫生管理学院发布讣告：中国共产党党员，我国卫生经济学创建者、奠基人，被誉为中国卫生经济学鼻祖的著名卫生经济学专家，哈尔滨医科大学卫生管理学院卫生经济教研室创始人、原主任杜乐勋同志，因病医治无效，于2025年6月28日在哈尔滨逝世，享年91岁。
