北京时间6月29日，前中国男足主帅伊万科维奇在社媒发文，向中国足协等表示了感谢。
伊万：“能够在中国这样一个伟大的国家担任教练，我感到非常高兴和荣幸。感谢球员、教练组和中国足协之间的精彩合作。”
此前，中国足协已发布公告，宣布伊万不再执教国足。
