北京时间6月28日，此前被开拓者以首轮16顺位的中国球员杨瀚森正式抵达波特兰，参观开拓者训练基地后与总经理克罗宁、主教练比卢普斯一同出席新闻发布会。在发布会上，杨瀚森收获16号球衣。
发布会结束后，杨瀚森与队友阿夫迪亚拥抱致意，二人将在新赛季并肩作战。
