格隆汇6月27日丨京粮控股(000505.SZ)公布，为实现品牌和品类聚焦，海南京粮控股股份有限公司全资子公司北京京粮食品有限公司(简称“京粮食品”)拟与北京粮食集团有限责任公司(简称“京粮集团”)签署《商标转让合同》，将持有的114项“古船”及系列商标以人民币2,674.95万元价格转让给京粮集团。
