6月27日，远光软件（002063）发布公告，副总裁徐国伟因个人原因辞去副总裁职务，原定任期至2026年9月21日。
辞职后，徐国伟将继续在公司工作。根据相关规定，辞职申请自送达董事会时生效。
2025年一季度，远光软件实现收入4.17亿元，归母净利润939万元。
