6月27日，天和防务（300397）发布公告，控股股东、实控人贺增林及其一致行动人刘丹英将解除质押股份合计1671万股，占其所持股份的11.47%及公司总股本的3.23%；截至公告披露日，贺增林及刘丹英的质押股份情况为合计7471万股，占其持股比例的51.27%。
2025年一季度，天和防务实现收入8796万元，归母净利润-3042万元。
