6月26日，博雅集团宣布，任命鲁畅（Maggie Lu）女士为博雅中国首席执行官，统管博雅集团北京、上海、广州和深圳业务。她将常驻上海。此前，她担任博雅集团上海董事总经理。鲁畅初入伟达（现为博雅集团）时担任高级客户主任，并在此后逐步晋升，历任高级副总裁、副总经理及副董事总经理等管理职位。
