在被选中后，掘金官方微博晒出一张当家球星约基奇的照片，并配文写道：“恭喜杨瀚森登陆NBA！期待场上与你对位交流！”
值得一提的是，有美记报道称，掘金内部人士曾表示杨瀚森正是“中国约基奇”。
