人民财讯6月26日电，永利股份(300230)6月26日晚间公告，公司下属全资子公司YongLi America, LLC（简称“永利美国”）计划出资54万美元，认购YONGLI BELTING MEXICO, S. DE R.L. DE C.V.（简称“永利墨西哥”）新增注册资本，占永利墨西哥增资后注册资本的72%。永利墨西哥聚焦墨西哥市场，主要从事与轻型输送带、链板、片基带、同步带等相关产品及配件相关的加工、销售和服务活动。
