智通财经APP讯，励晶太平洋(00575)发布公告，以资抵债协议中的所有先决条件均已获达成，并于2025年6月25日完成。根据以资抵债协议的条款及条件，于紧随完成后，合共6337.72万股资本化股份已根据特别授权按资本化价格每股资本化股份0.485港元获正式配发及发行予Galloway(作为认购人)。资本化价格总额已透过资本化及抵销贷款及应计利息的方式偿付。
